Poor customer service to a potential client
I called and spoke to a rep with some questions for insurance. After the call I got a generic email with his email address and request to contact him with further questions. I emailed him (Joseph) with more question and he NEVER responded. I also called back and spoke with another person who was not able to answer my question so the girl said she’d email some more info to me which she NEVER did. Further, I got a customer service survey which I completed as having a very negative experience with both situations and again no response. Doesn’t give me a lot of confidence!!
