Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We are very satisfied with the over all services we got from Embrace Pet Insurance. They went out of the way to help us got Princess, our little pomeranian's health records even though it took quite a while. Also we got our re-imbursement fund less than 2 weeks of claim. Customer representatives always nice and willing to help solve problems. Would recommend to people if they want a good pet insurance company.

2nd dog I’ve insured…first with Embrace. They denied a preventative dental cleaning because she has “some” tartar and a luxating patella (loose knee/hip joints). They said those “pre-existing conditions” meant she wasn’t covered for the preventative teeth cleaning. I disputed the relevance of hip joints to teeth and even “some” tartar. Her joints have nothing to do with her teeth. Some Tartar is found on every dog bar none. They they said I filed the claim with the wrong part of the company? I said…I filed a claim…your job is to make sure it gets to the proper people in the company. Rather than argue, I cancelled as the whole reason for denial was absurd. I cancelled and will go with someone else.
