I have been extremely frustrated with my Embrace experience. I sent them my pets medical histories in December 2022 and they confirmed via email they had been received; however, upon subjecting claims for both of my dogs between February and April, they put my claims on hold after 30+ days due to not having pre policy medical records. When I inquired about the discrepancy between the confirmation email I received in December versus the new communication, all I got was the run around. I was charged interest on my credit card twice because of the delay in process. They also provided a fax and email address for claims documents to be sent and upon faxing, they stated nothing had been received. At the end of these policy periods, I will definitely NOT be renewing with Embrace. It has been such a headache and so frustrating!
