The software is super easy to use, and the coverage is just what we need. We knew when we got the dogs we'd be paying for routine services and products. The app always glitches or doesn’t let me sign in. I always have an easier time on the the web browser.

I could never get through to anyone, ever, so I could ask questions or get any sort of support. The website links or login never worked properly. Was denied every single claim- And after my dog passed away all I got was repeated scripted responses or an email with yet another static scripted response. This dog was beloved and my child, that hurt. Still never spoke to anyone but at least got that email after they figured out he had passed and my account would be closed. Tried multiple times to get through just to speak with anyone. The app was ok, but also didn’t always work.
