Poor service! Racket!
My dog was denied coverage for a new diagnosis that a vet specialist said was new for my dog and could not be proven to be connected to a previous vet notation about his eyes. The specialist said that the diagnosis was because of my dog's age. Embrace denied coverage because the adjuster said that it COULD be connected to the previous vet's notation, nothing definitely connected. Every problem with a dog COULD be connected, as it is one dog's body. Embrace has never had to pay anything yet on my dog; and when I needed coverage on a new diagnosis, it was denied. I now believe pet insurance to be a racket, as I have paid 18 months of coverage for nothing; plus, they increased the premium because he turned another year older. Poor service!
No wonder vets don't appear to support these insurances! None of the vets I've dealt with have ever said anything positive about having pet insurance. All it's done for me and my vet is caused there to be circumstances where it appears that I'm questioning my vet's knowledge. Buyer beware!
