Extremely satisfied customer!
I adopted a puppy and purchased Embrace pet insurance in Jan '23. From Apr 5th through May 9th, I submitted 3 claims, May 9th being surgery. On May 11th, all payments were deposited into my checking account! It took a little while to get the 1st claim going as they had to go through verifications and history with my vet. I was being kept informed of the progress throughout the process. I was quite shocked and impressed that I was reimbursed for the surgery 2 days after it was performed!
Their telephone customer service is phenomenal as is their update communication via email and portal.
