Prompt Claim Service, covered what the policy said it would. Read the fine print folks, I did. I read what was and wasn't covered, and did a lot of shopping in the two weeks after I acquired my new Yorkie puppy. I narrowed it down to two carriers and signed up with both, continued to read and research, and then at the end of the 30 day evaluation period, chose one and cancelled the other. I read the reviews on each, listed to others complaints and made sure not to make the same mistakes they did. I took my new puppy to the vet within two weeks of signing up, got them to fill out the orthopedic review form, and then at the end of the 14 day waiting period for accident/illness had my vet sent over my pets complete medical records to Embrace and requested they review her history for any pre-existing conditions and advise me of their findings, exclusions if any. After that, I signed up for direct deposit reimbursement, any claims I needed to file have been acknowledged within 7 days and reimbursed super promptly within the next 5-7 days, no muss no fuss. My vet sends me a receipt before I leave their office, I pay them and I get home, log in provide the receipt from the vet showing what they did with line item detail for cost/treatment and in 13 days or less I receive an email advising me my claim is settled and to log in and see the result. After 60 days and multiple claims for wellness/illness/injury, all has gone smoothly and I am glad I bought the Embrace Accident/Illness/Wellness coverage for my new puppy. So short answer, read the fine print, know what is covered and what is required to be reimbursed, follow the directions and choose Embrace. I am happy and would choose Embrace again.
