Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I wanted to add an additional pet to my Embrace policy. After researching pet insurers, I found one with the same benefits + more that was HALF the price. Also, Embrace has many restrictions related to making changes to the policy. I guess I should have done more research!

The ease of communicating with customer service for my multiple claims submissions on “how to” was very much appreciated, no nonsense.. just clear concise instructions! I find the site very user friendly for even those who are not tech savvy!

I can't say enough about the customer service, phone calls I have made and claims being processed. I am on my third Golden Retriever and never had insurance on my other two. Both had passed of cancer which is common for the breed. For that reason I decided to get insurance for my current dog, Jazzy. Unfortunately, Jazzy is getting into everything and I have had to use it a few times. Trust me I wish I never had to. I can't say enough good things because Embrace has been there with no issues. What drew me to Embrace is the ability to customize the plan and the option for preventive care. Very glad I have them.

Depending on who you talk to, you might get a straight answer. My representative doesn't seem to listen or know the company policies, so had me doing the run around and paying for extra vet visits. Extremely upsetting.

I've had Embrace insurance for a number of years and never needed to use it before - thankfully. But this year, our 10 year old girl has had one problem after another. Claims filing process was super easy and claims processing was completed within 2 days with reimbursement stated as a few days out. I wish my personal health insurance company was that efficient. Apollo fairly evaluated all of my claims and I am very satisfied with the final determination and outcome. Thank you Apollo and Embrace for being there for us and our girl!!
