Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

The app needs some kinks worked out. Normally I would have submitted through that as I have had no problems doing that in the past. Even after clearing my cache on my phone, the app would not load up properly. I had to log in to my account on my computer once I got home and upload with my printer/scanner. It wasn't that huge of an inconvenience, but had I been a client without a scanner or other mode to log in to my account, it could have been a major turn off. Being able to do it on the phone really is handy - you can do it right away and know it's done.

So I used to promote Embrace Pet Insurance to everyone. I actually would rave about it and really encourage people to get it. However, now I am going to warn everyone on every platform of social media to stay away from embrace pet insurance as they can’t support its policy holders and honor their policies. You have 60 days when the year ends to submit the previous years invoices. However, because they have gotten so cheap, they took that away from me and utilized it towards this year and sending countless emails acting as though they can’t read invoices and every other excuse you can think of. As a United States retired Army combat veteran, to be treated so poorly by a company that supposed to support as USAA members, is beyond disappointing and discouraging. Something tells me this company will be sued and the country will know of its fraudulent activity here in the near future.

Honestly it’s an easy process for all pet owners to have! If you love your Pet or Pets this insurance policy is a must for all pet owners.

I submitted my pet claim on line and the process was very easy. Now will wait to get reimbursed.

I wanted to add an additional pet to my Embrace policy. After researching pet insurers, I found one with the same benefits + more that was HALF the price. Also, Embrace has many restrictions related to making changes to the policy. I guess I should have done more research!
