Helps with affording medication and care

Embrace insurance has helped me afford to provide the expensive medications my aging dogs need. Vet services and tests are expensive. It helps to know that Embrace is there to help me afford the care my fur babies need.

We have used Embrace for a few years

We have used Embrace for a few years, just in case one of our 2 cats got injured or sick. Unfortunately, one of them did get sick about 2 weeks ago. My wife took her for an emergency vet visit, and an hour later left with meds and a $800 vet bill. Yikes. I submitted the bill with Embrace online using the App. In less than one day I had a response that almost $500 was covered under my policy. Less than a week later, the check arrived in the mail. I have recommended Embrace to my friends and family that have pets, and would recommend to anyone who cares about the well being of their furry family friends!

Happy Customer

Great option

Efficient review of claims, stand by their policies - what you read is what you get. Simple, easy to understand policies. If something will be excluded, they make sure you know. Handle estimate process easily in case there's any concern on coverage. Human, company-employed representatives available for anything you can't handle in the app (which is pretty easy)

Highly suggest Embrace

I am so happy I chose Embrace over all of the other Pet Insurance plans out there. Monthly premium is very competitive and claims are SUPER easy to submit and are paid within days.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
