Claims process is smooth , easy to upload forms. Timing from submission to review to payment is timely and efficient. Overall it’s been a very pleasant experience - as ‘pleasant’ as it can be 😀

We've had Embrace for over four years and are lucky to have never had to submit a claim. Recently, we just had to submit our first claim and it was so easy. They reviewed our claim, approved it with a breakdown of the claim, and the money was in our account within days.

Claims are classified depending on prior conditions. My dog had liver disease which had not been identified before, but I was told it is a pre-existing condition. The claim was declined. I feel that for the premium I pay monthly some amount of the claim should have been paid.

I have taken my Pets for Routine Annual Pet Vet visits and Vaccines. Both my Pets went for their Annual visits in November 2023. I did not try to receive payment for these Vaccines or visit, However, when I took my Dog Sadie into our regular vet for a new Health concern after the waiting period and my claim was denied after being told they had received complete records to move forward with my claim. After waiting forever, received a comment that records for Sadie were incomplete and my claim was denied to to a previous existing condition as they decided on my claim!!!! I canceled the next day. Customer representative was also very rude and condescending to me on the phone.

Ms Amanda Olszewski , the claims adjuster was so professional . Kept me informed about documentation requirement's and always followed up with an email and claim was reviewed and paid . Very professional , polite and eagerness to assist.
