This company will find every reason to deny your claim. I had to contact them 4 times to get them to see where they had made a mistake. I responded to their reasoning in messages and they sent me the exact same reasoning each time. It was like they didn’t even read what I said. It took me calling and being sent to the adjuster’s voicemail to actually get in contact. The adjuster sis not call me back, but emailed me with the SAME response. I immediately responded and told them they needed to call me. We set a time, they were late, I emailed again and immediately got a call.
The adjuster had gone to her higher ups and they pointed out what she missed. This has been ongoing for a month.
I am cancelling my insurance with them due to the crappy customer service. Their plan isn’t even that great. I’m going back to Nationwide. I never had problems with them.
