Easy to use until you need customer service
It's very easy to sign up and set up autopay. The website is easy to use. Until you need any type of customer service, Embrace is fine. If you have questions, need to submit a claim that doesn't easily align with the pre-filled options, then you will email, call, and get nowhere. After 2+ years as a customer, I canceled and went with another company that provides basic customer service.
