The people I talked to were helpful
The people I talked to were helpful. However - waiting over 3 hours for a procedure that was bordering on emergency surgery was tough to deal with. We kept being told 30 minutes and you will have your answer. We have had coverage for years and knew she was covered but really wanted to make sure we covered our bases. I’ve been happy- I just feel that waiting longer could have bad consequences and wonder how things will work out. Once it was verified that we had full coverage we should have been cleared to go ahead.
