Not worth it

Signed on and paid a 60 a month for my 8 year old dog for one year. They did not cover any claims for a year then raised my monthly rate to 100 a month.What is gong to happen next year and when she is age 15? I cancelled. I will save my money for my pet if she get sick.

Embrace takes care of business

Embrace takes care of business. I had family members paying thousands of dollars in Vet bills so I decided to investigate pet insurance for my dog, Luna. Embrace consistently scored high marks in product reviews and customer reviews so I purchased a policy. Unfortunately, A cancerous Lesion developed on Luna's Snout. It had to be surgically excised and biopsied. Embrace handled every bill in a professional and timely manner. In fact all claims were processed within a week of submitting the invoice. Thank you Embrace!!

Refund Vet bill.

Our dog Casey got pancreatitis....the Vet bill was 1450.00. We submitted our claim and received a refund 1 week later. It is worth the cost for the great care of our dog.Thank you Embrace.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
