Simplicity of Filing Claims and Speedy Resolution

Filing the claims for my cat’s three emergency vet visits was incredibly simple and quick. I truly appreciate the ease in supplying the information / billing statements and just clicking submit afterwards. The evaluation from the Embrace team was also very speedy and required no involvement on my part. Overall, I had an easy time filing my claims and receiving an outcome.

Love Embrace BUT those pre existing condition exclusions….

I love our Embrace Insurance coverage but do take issue with their ( and I’m sure everyone else’s) stance on existing conditions. I understand the concern but to not cover an animal in need at all due to a pre- existing problem is unfair to the animal and to us pet parents. I suggested a lower coverage amount or an option for us to pay extra for such conditions but I doubt my suggestions will be taken seriously just due to way insurance operates!! It would be excellent if Embrace were the first company to institute such an option!!! You wanted my opinion!!!

I've been a customer since 2020

I've been a customer since 2020. While things were pretty quiet the first couple years – no claims, no issues – the past year has been a challenging one, health-wise, for my aging cat. Having insurance has helped immensely in that it makes it so much easier to say 'yes' to getting kitty the best care possible for as long as she wants to stick around. The online system for submitting claims is easy to use and claims are processed quickly. We have insurance for our younger cat as well. I don't expect to need it anytime soon, but it's great to have peace of mind that we will be able to get her the best care we can when it's needed. I've recommended Embrace to friends with pets.

No individualization of policies-Blanket

We have 15 year old kitty. Indoor kitty, spade.Due to age we take her for health checks and blood work twice a year. We called to get a quote to see if pet insurance would be the way to go. There are 2 plans, both include the same policy benefits, the only difference is the amount of reimbursement. $250 or $450. A health check and blood work where we live is between $350 and $400. We were quoted a little under $700 annually. I'm sure it's a good insurance for younger pets, I found there is no individualization, it's basically a blanket coverage. They would cover only 1 health check annually, we take her twice, 1blood work. The second visit would be totally out of our pocket. Due to the non-individualization, blanket coverage of the plans provided this is my reason for 3 stars Update, you just went to 2 stars after your response. You know very well you must get your accident to get your wellness and it's still not individualized. You can't choose this and not that. And you can't have wellness without your accident. Oh BTW, I read you were double talkers. This confirmed it. Bye bye.
