Waiting; Continued
So far, I have one vet bill embrace is sitting on waiting for soap notes from the vet who assured me the requested paperwork was provided. If embrace received them they haven’t notified me nor updated the claim status.
UPDATE
I reached out to the vet again, and they have provided the requested paperwork again, and copied me. So as of the 19th of August, Embrace has had all of the requested paperwork from the Vets. In the interim, my pet has had another visit to the vet, and I have another bill to submit, although I see no reason to hurry and submit it until I see the result of this initial bill. If this doesn't work out beneficially, I will not continue to hold this policy, so there won't be anyone to submit the new claim to. I am trying very hard to be coldly objective in this review. I cannot help commenting, however, on how fast Embrace was to let me know that they had not gotten their monthly payment, as opposed to the speed (lack thereof) they have moved to put my claim into the finished pile and issue a check. I'm guessing another week will finally result in some answer. I will re-submit another review after hearing from them.
