Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We've had pet insurance through Embrace for a couple of years, and unfortunately, we've had to make a couple of claims. There were no surprises or disappointments with them refusing claims. I'm not sure we could have afforded the surgery for my boxer's "knee" if we hadn't had insurance. Would definitely recommend to anyone with pets.

Honestly this was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experience! My dog recently was admitted to a speciality group for evaluation and they found him to have all sorts of things wrong with his elbows which required him to have surgery the next day. I was beside myself with the financial costs of everything. Upwards of 10k and was not sure if his ailment was covered and thank god it was ! I called Embrace and asked them to push the claim through for faster reimbursement for me due to financial hardship and they were so kind and empathetic ! I spoke with a rep named Angela and she was amazing and got my claim facilitated very fast. My dogs surgery was Wednesday evening and by Saturday I was reimbursed ! I Recommending Embrace to all my friends or just anyone with a pet !
