I had embrace for years
I had embrace for years, I’ve only recently had to start putting in claims, everytime I put in a claim, they would always tell me that I didn’t have the right program selected to be able to get a refund on my claim. While I was talking to the lady about canceling it, I told her that I have coverage for exam fees and medication, she then proceeded to tell me that those were only meant for emergency visits and not normal visits. I just felt like you guys should take care of your long term clients better. I haven’t had a claim in 4 years and you guys denied all 4 of my claims which cost me 1500$ out of pocket
