They paid for everything they said they would.
They paid for everything they said they would, and didn't suddenly discover some fine print re-interpretation that meant they didn't have to pay, they just paid the claim and it was paid within days of submission. I had questions for a customer service rep and I got through almost immediately. To a human. Who walked me through what I needed with clear instructions. Worth. Every. Penny.
