Great coverage for a reasonable price
I’ve had coverage for about a year for my two dogs. I previously had Nationwide Pet insurance, which was wonderful and had a great wellness policy, but when they doubled the premium I switched to Embrace. I just had two claims and was quite impressed with the simple claim process, extremely quick reimbursement (claim response within a day or two), and coverage. I was worried they wouldn’t cover illnesses like Nationwide did, but in both my cases they covered what I expected! I don’t have experience with high value claims, but I’d highly recommend them based on my ~$1k in claims!

Sneaky horrible company
Sneaky company. Doesn’t care about you. Money hungry and won’t take care of what need to be paid for and finds a gray area so they don’t have to pay you anything. Customer service is awful and rude

Parents of 2 senior cats.
We have two 15 year old cats covered by Embrace. One of our girls has lymphoma. After the first submission that took about 2 months to process each additional one has been a breeze. The team at Embrace is prompt in their response and extremely kind. If you've got a pet, get insurance and if you get insurance get Embrace. Thankfully, our other girl has no health issues. We're one happy family.
