Large Premium Increases, crummy customer service, poor website
I have had ongoing problems with this company since July 29, 2024. It took a full month to resolve. Premiums have increased by $50/month for our two pets this year alone, yet, this policy barely covers anything. Further, there appears to be an extreme lack of staffing in the call center, as wait times can be (per their own recording) up to an hour. I have left messages but received no return calls. I persisted and was finally able to get through after a ridiculously long hold only to be told that our premiums were increasing due to increased costs in our area. This has not been our experience at all. Another major problem is the website. I was unable to log on for weeks before someone finally got it straightened out. I have serious concerns about the viability of this company.
