So far so good for the 1st claim
So far so good for the 1st claim. The claiming process instruction is a bit lacking as my vet does not shown up in the drop down option and I have to call the support hotline to figure out how to create the claim (need to select unknown vet).
It took a bit longer since it is the 1st claim after i purchase the insurance as it need to complete the initial medical history evaluation process first. But after that medical history details was provided by my vet, the claim being processed within 7 business days.
I am happy so far.

Peace of mind

UNACCEPTABLE WAIT TIMES
The great thing about Embrace is that their customer service staff is always a pleasure to deal with. HOWEVER their wait times on the phone are up to an hour & also they are not processing claims nearly as quickly as they did when I first signed up with them years ago. Frequently there is a very long wait to receive my reimbursement. Often this necessitates my making several calls, more hold times, requests for me to contact my vet for new documentation, & having to submit documents which have already been submitted. Embrace you could sure do a lot better.

Submitting a claim is easy as pie! Even if it's not your regular vet. Love this company. This is my 2nd pet with Embrace.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
