Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Every time I called Embrace - just with questions about my policy and a couple of my claims - they were SO nice. The customer service agents were thorough and made sure they answered all my concerns.

The customer service is always pleasant and want to be helpful. However I've had this plan since January and every claim I've submitted is still pending . We are new clients and they needed our dogs history which is understandable. We provided all the info they needed and yet all claims are still on hold . I've called well over a dozen times and been told they are moving it on to adjusters , however nothing changes. And no one ever calls me back when they say I'll get a call from a decision maker next day since they are never avail when i call.I have 2 dogs on plan and have always had my dogs on some sort of insurance over the many decades of being a dog owner . This is the 1st time I've ever experienced such a long delay. I'm ready to drop my plan however I don't want to do so until my claims are processed. I pay my premium on time every month ,perhaps I should put my payments on HOLD,I'm sure I'll be dropped immediately.

We had Embrace with our previous dog, but tried a different Pet Insurance with our new puppy because it was less expensive. We had such a hassle trying to submit claims with that company that we decided to go back to Embrace. We have been very happy with the service and ease of submitting claims. We won't switch again.

Seems like they look really hard to find an excuse to not honor claims. My dog had an ear infection and claim was denied because he had a hot spot on his back a year ago.

Embrace made filing my claim so easy. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, helpful and professional. I have recommended Embrace to several friends. I couldn’t believe how quickly they finalized my claim and paid me. Keep up the good work Embrace. My little teacup Yorkie, Luigi thanks you too.
