So far I have had excellent service. I have only made 1 monthly payment and have collected 3 times more than I have paid. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.

Claim re-submitted (submitted a second time) after eleven days waiting. Unable to reach Embrace by phone. After being kept on hold for an unreasonable amount of time I gave up. I have received no response to the emails I have sent to Embrace about this claim.

Honestly I almost cancelled…

Honestly I almost cancelled my insurance because my cats are older and seemed to be healthy BUT I am very thankful that I didn’t because one of my cats got sick and after almost 2 weeks and 3 different vets she is better and doing fine they still don’t know why but thank goodness for my coverage they paid within 2 weeks can’t say Thank you enough!!

So far so good ....I have 2 young cats and one of them has bad gums unfortunately - dental work no matter your species seems to be expensive - Embrace has been there every step..... with good reimbursements.Thanks Embrace...Mary C

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
