ASPCA makes too many excuses to not pay claims
I submitted a claim April 18, and it’s May 23, and I still have not received my reimbursement check from ASPCA. I pay almost $100 per month to cover my pet, and the money is taken from my account each month without delay. I expect claims to be paid in a timely manner. ASPCA is not what it used to be. If they are not able to process claims in a timely manner, they need to hire more employees instead of making excuses for the delays. Avoid this company as they do not pay their claims in a timely manner.
