Disappointed, I don't recommend this company
I am very disappointed in the company's policy to not accept an invoice from my veterinarian. They denied the claim after they were told 3 times that the invoice provided is the only invoice available. I will be canceling this policy immediately and I highly recommend not doing business with this company.
Update-after filing this complaint on Trustpilot, the company NOW wants to talk. I requested calls to my veterinarian and myself but there was no reply/response. If they had called, they would have known that this invoice would have cost them nothing. The small amounts covered on the invoice would have been applied to our deductibles.
