Wonderful

I was unsure which pet insurance to use but figured since the ASPCA did so many wonderful things to help abused animals that this would be the best one and I was right. I am extremely pleased with the coverage I have for my 6 yr. old beagle. I always tell everyone who has an animal that they should check out the ASPCA pet insurance. The customer service people are wonderful. They actually call and ask how my pet is after some of his visits. What company does that!

Always need insurance as my rescue pets age..

My female puppy mill rescue Corgi, Grace, has been having seizures in her recent senior years. She was healthy for the first 4 years I had her then she started having seizures. Wehave had to file various claims and ASPCA was always prompt in the refunds, explaining any questions that arose and seemed to really show concern for my pets health always!

Very satisfied with the service.

When I called for information I actually spoke to a live human and got my questions answered. I was notified that my claim was received and when the payment was on the way. Payment was prompt without any hassle. Very satisfied.

Thank goodness for ASPCA Pet Insurance

At one point I had seven of our cats covered under the ASPCA Pet Insurance. I am so grateful because over the course of time there were several occasions when one our Cats needed medical care and I was able to provide it for them without it being an economic hardship. There is a great security in knowing that the insurance will greatly ease the burden of the costs. Most recently our cat Toledo had a life threatening bladder infection which required a hospital stay of many days, you can imagine how relieved I was knowing that I had coverage for him. My reimbursement was quick and was followed up by two calls from the ASPCA staff checking up on his progress. Well Toledo is fine and made a full recovery and sitting next to me as I write this review. Sincere thanks to ASPCA for providing a great service.
