Really appreciated the courteous service.

Tina was 4 years 11 months old when she obviously got into something she should have avoided. We had to rush her to an emergency clinic as it was the weekend and our vet was closed. She was vomiting and having diarhhea simultaneously and became seriously dehydrated. She recovered after saline IVs and antibiotics. The ASPCA insurance was heartily appreciated, our reimbursement was rapid and the company was very gracious with their concern and response.

Excellent Pet Insurance

I have had ASPCA pet insurance for a few years now. Originally I had no insurance and my dog had to have CCL repair surgery which is a very expensive surgery. After that expense I decided that the cost of insuring all my pets was well worth it. Since getting coverage one of my dogs was diagnosed with Addison's disease. My other dog has Hypothyroidism. Without ASPCA insurance coverage I may have had to euthanize the dog with Addison's because it is very expensive to diagnose and her ongoing meds, lab work, etc are very expensive. Due to ASPCA's coverage she has been able to live a normal life. I am grateful to ASPCA for offering the coverage.

The crème de la crème of pet insurance

We recently had a possible emergency with our dog finding and possibly ingesting an Advil gelcap. The vet checked our Angel out and pretty much felt he was going to be okay after running blood tests and just the way Angel was acting. Thankfully, we had the ASPCA pet insurance which covered a majority of the claim. We checked out the different pet insurance companies 4 or 5 years ago and found the ASPCA had the best coverage and decided at that time this was the one we want for our little Angel. The service it outstanding, if you have any questions the customer service will answer them in both a courteous and professional way. Sending in a claim is a breeze, and payment for reimbursement is very prompt. We were shocked when we received a call from the ASCPA wanting to know how Angel was doing. If you are thinking about pet insurance, you can end your search now as the ASCPA pet insurance it #1!!!

Very efficient

I've had this insurance for my dog's entire lifetime, going on 7 years (starting back when it was just known as the PetsHealth company/plan). The claim forms are very easy to complete and submit, and the company has always handled them very promptly and efficiently. Most recently, my dog had digestion issues, and our vets had to run several tests including an investigative procedure and biopsy to reach the diagnosis of inflamed bowel disease for which he is now on medication. This whole process was rather expensive but the insurance was able to cover the majority of it, and they provided clear and reasonable explanations for the amounts not completely covered. I was surprised though pleased at how quickly the large claim was processed. I could not be happier with or more confident in this plan and company in caring for my dog and me. I've always strongly recommended them to other pet owners, and even moreso now after this.
