Great Pet Insurance

I've found the ASPCA customer service to be prompt and effective in their responses. Claims are dealt with quickly. Dealing with them has been totally trouble free. A pleasure.

So happy with ASPCA!!

This is the first experience I've had with any pet insurance as well as with my first pet and I couldn't be happier. When Lily needed her shots or accidentally swallowed some Dramamine or when her dewclaw split in half, ASPCA processed the claims very quickly. Not only is their website easy to use but they always call to follow up and make sure to ask about Lily. I have the level 3 coverage as well as the Wellness option and it's been well worth the money. I can't recommend ASPCA enough.

Great service, compassionate

My puggle was supposed to have a dental procedure and when they did the blood work to check for levels for the anesthetisia , some levels were high. This in turn made want to test for liver disease or other potential issues.. after several expensive blood tests I am happy to say Tank is just fine ( although still has to have the dental procedure ;)I was submitting claims as the testing was going on ( just to stay on top of things) and I actually was receiving checks before the full series of tests were even done! I also very much appreciated the calls I received to check on Tank from the service reps ❤

ASPCA Pet Health Insurance is the Best!

We're ecstatic we found this health insurance for our pet. ASPCA has now insured 2 dogs for us, since 2007. When we were first looking for coverage for our Jack Russell Terrier, Pertwee, we checked out VPI & other pet insurance companies -- only to be told they don't offer coverage to dogs over the age of 10 years. At the time, Pertwee was 11. We started searching the web, found ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, called them for a quote, & were told there were no age restrictions whatsoever. Insurance premiums are just adjusted to the pet's age, which makes loads of sense. Pertwee passed away in 2008, & now Tegan (our current Jack Russell Terrier) is covered by ASPCA Health Insurance. We tell ALL of our pet-owning friends & family about your pet health insurance, & more than a few of them have signed up. Keep up the excellent work!

ASPCA Insurance

I have been a ASPCA insurance buyer for several years. Their insurance has consistently been a high performer. Making claims online is a quick and easy process. ASPCA does all the work contacting the VET and the claim is processed in about 10 days. ASPCA does direct deposits, after being notified of the claim approval, the payment usually appears in about 24 hrs. They always call during and afterwards to inquire on my little big guys, Eliot's progress. I get great comfort in the knowledge that Eliot will have financial support in his time of need.
