ASPCA | Pet Insurance Review

I joined ASPCA in February. The very next month we really needed it. My Dachshund/Chihuahua mix was running outside and ruptured a disc in her lower back. This left her paralyzed almost immediately! I took her to an Animal Neurology center where they did an MRI and did surgery to remove the spinal compression. Summer had to stay in the hospital for nearly a week. Needless to say, my medical bill was very steep. I submitted my claim and crossed my fingers that the surgery and all of the other necessities would be covered. They covered 90% less her annual deductible! I was so relieved as I didn't know how I was going to pay off that credit card bill! I am a very happy client so far!

ASPCA has been professional, courteous, timely and efficient in all aspects of their insurance services, claims processing and other related matters. We are very pleased we initially chose ASPCA for our four legged family members' insurance needs, and we intend to continue with ASPCA.

My dog is alive thanks to these folks. Eight years after rescuing my dog from a neglected environment, he had a serious leg injury during an ice storm that made him almost unable to walk. The emergency room and initial treatment bills were onerous, and we had to put him on intensive physical therapy. And as well, he's needed continuing pain medication and therapy as needed. ASPCA came through marvelously. I wish most people insurance plans were as good and as effective.

The buying process was easy. I had pet insurance with another carrier in the past but never had to utilize it. Nonetheless, after my pup came down with a debilitating bacterial infection, my claim was handled and addressed right away. I have 2 pups signed up. I hope i never have to use the coverage, but I'm happy to know they will have me covered if it do.

ASPCA Insurance for Pets was and excellent choice for us. We had two dogs that needed aggressive treatment and we were re-reimbursed for over half of the vet bill on both occasions. The company is very helpful to explain the policy. The agents are easily available and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the Level 2 wellness and injury policy.
