ASPCA | Pet Insurance Review

This is by far the BEST PET INSURANCE!!! I have made several claims on my German Shepard. I met my deductible, my dog Hans came down with an illness & had to see specialists. From the very 1st claim, they have paid 90 percent (the plan I chose) no questions asked. I have since made several other claims back to back and they paid & paid quickly!!! I even opted for "snail mail" instead of direct deposit and it was unbelievably quick to be in my mailbox. Thank God I chose ASPCA and Thank God I took out insurance on my dog bc unexpected things happen and you never know when!!! I told the people at the front desk of this huge vet clinic, if anyone needs pet insurance ASPCA is the BEST!!! Her reply was, "Yes, we know, they are top rated"!!! Whoever reads my review doesn't know me but trust me, ASPCA is AWESOME!!! I would not look or think about using another company bc you cannot find a better one!!!! and no I DO NOT WORK FOR THE COMPANY. I have used them and they saved me soooo much money!!! Look no further, for pet insurance!!! Oh and they are the sweetest ppl in customer service, they have called several times to ask how my Service Dog Hans is doing!!!! Thank you ASPCA!!! Sorry one last thing, they are inexpensive and that means sooo much to me bc I am disabled and on a fixed income.

Never have we regretted insuring Rubye which is now 10 yrs 4 months old. She was diagnosed with Lymphangiectasia in 2013, and ASPCA has been taking care of us . Always been there for us.

I purchased cat insurance right when I got my kittens. I was able to adjust my plan after they were through the first year (lots more vet visits) to be for more 'cat'astrophic care. However, when my cat turned 4 he started having digestive problems. I never had to make a decision about my pet based on money. I could tell the vets were worried that diagnostics would be too expensive, but when I told them I has ASPCA coverage I could tell they were very relieved. With each visit, submitting the claim is fast and easy. I usually just take a picture with my phone and submit the claim right from my mobile device. It is easy to track the progress right from my phone and the money deposits directly to my account shortly after the claim is processed. Overall, it is a fast, simple process. I can spend my time worrying about my cat and not about the insurance claims.

Excellent pet insurance. Easy filing procedure and timely payments. Who could ask for anything more? Keep up the good work and thank you for the peace of mind.
