ASPCA Insurance is wonderful

I don't normally write reviews, but ASPCA has been amazing. Our 10+ year-old rescue Australian Cattle Dog mix developed an auto immune disease and low-rider spine problems that has requires an expensive medication and treatments. ASPCA has been covering that medication, no hassle, prompt reimbursement, with really easy online claims processing. I also love how we were able to customize our co-insurance, deductible and maximum coverage to meet our needs. Their phone reps are caring and friendly.

The best and easiest Pet Insurance by far!

ASPCA provided a great rate and great coverage for our 10 year old black cat Dayo Uhuru. Dayo Uhuru had to go through many medical tests and veterinary visits including an ultrasound, an endoscopy and a PARR DNA tests in order to rule out lymphoma cancer. To complete all the tests we racked up $5500+ in veterinary bills and if he was not covered by ASPCA, it would have been difficult to afford the level of care he received. Our policy had a $500 deductible with 90% coverage on all bills after that. We placed our claims easily through the website and we received our payments through direct deposits into our account. The whole process was painless and quick (usually less than 10 days to get the claims completed) and true to their word, ASPCA covered nearly $4,500 of our bills. They even called in to check on how Dayo was doing after the test results came in. And the results were great, since Dayo Uhuru tested negative for cancer. That was a big relief and we were all glad that his health coverage enabled us to confirm the results. I've rarely encountered such great service from a pet insurance company and we were so glad to know that we can rely on ASPCA to help cover our needs for Dayo Uhuru. Thank you ASPCA Pet Insurance!!

My dog needed a urinary procedure done…

My dog needed a urinary procedure done and he needed a pill and a shot due to anxiety and not allowing them to do this procedure without. I submitted for reimbursement and was denied because I was told that when I took my puppy to the vet two days after I got him at eight weeks old that the vet consulted me about biting. They now consider this a behavioral issue due to aggressive behavior and have rejected this due to pre existing condition. An eight week old puppy biting is considered by this company to be aggression!! and all future claims will be denied if he needs calming medicine for anything or needs to be put to sleep.
