About nine years in now.

First policy was in Oregon for six years where all went well but for a couple of minor things that had to be discussed and settled. (with acceptable outcomes)! Second policy is in California after I moved.(same puppy!). I think it's going on about three years on this new policy without a hitch. No complaints and have had good experiences when calling customer service. It seems a bit expensive as time goes by and premiums rise but is worth every penny for a good piece of mind. My Baby boy (Butters) came down with CHF. Something I Never, NEVER thought would happen to my best buddy, but it did. They have been very good about paying my claims and there have been quite a few, as well as regular medicines that are covered and not cheap. So maybe for a few years they made a little money off me but the last few years they have been paying claims and lucky if they make a dime. I highly recommend calling them to ask a boatload of questions and clarify anything that is not 100% obvious to you in the contract/description before buying. It will save some headaches down the road for everyone. I did this and was surprised by the level of service and competence that I had received. After I had spoken to three companies that week, it was a no brainer to settle with these guys/gals. They were able to answer all my questions and really made a good impression. After some time I can see that I happened to pick the right one! Only the best for my baby!

Very Friendly! They really care!

ASPCA insurance has great comparable rates and great customer service. After a particularly bad few weeks where our pup was in and out of the Vet, they personally called me to see how she was doing! Their app is great and easy to use. Sometimes the claims take 2-3 weeks to process but they do a great job overall!

Quick and easy process!

The process to start a claim couldn’t be easier. I was able to complete this on my phone in 5 minutes. I was reimbursed in 2 weeks via direct deposit. I recommend ASPCA pet insurance to anybody and everybody.

Run ...they are horrible......they will lie to you and reject your claim

I had a long drawn out drama with this insurance....I had a sick cat that was hospitalized just 2 days after I adopted her from the Humane Society....I was given misleading information and was told the claim would be handled personally by Ashlee W...who I spoke to... a supervisor in there member center...that she would make an exception and take care of things for me inspite of me just getting the insurance very recently...all lies!...the claim was rejected....thank god I got my almost 700 dollars in Vet bills reimbursed by the Humane society...long story...because this insurance is crap....they'll run you around and you'll get no where....save your money and go elsewhere.. .
