Amy is one of your Customer service representatives, she is very professional and highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the insurance. She eases my mind and speaks to me in terminology I can understand!

My Bouvier is 15 months. I thought about getting pet insurance every time I went to the vet. I loaded up with brochures from a multitude of pet insurance providers, and did nothing until today. I called AKC and spoke with Michaela. She was, no doubt, what I had been waiting for! She was amazing. I asked her to advise me on the best options for a breed that is known for some possible issues. She knew her stuff, and walked me through the process with clarity, and a sense of humor. She mentioned things I hadn’t thought of but should have since I had owned Bouviers in the past. I ended up with coverage that will give me peace of mind regardless of what comes our way.

I wasn’t sure of what policy I should get and when I called Michaela was amazing! She was quite knowledgeable about the policies and advised me on things I wasn’t sure about. Glad I went with this policy and grateful for all the wonderful help I was given my Michaela!!
