This is a great place staffed by a caring animal lovers. The space itself is large, open and bright. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The doctor who saw my cat was so knowledgeable and gave me and my cat her undivided attention. One veterinarian I saw before her appeared to be in a hurry. He was not personable, gave me a quick hello, looked at my cat's lip and was gone. His attendants took care of the rest. I didn't even get to meet one vet in South S.A.. Never even saw her! I went home to wait, my cat was trapped in his carrier for 4 hours and then she called me on the phone and explained to me what was wrong. I had a hard time understanding her since she had a rather pronounced accent. She said I could come and pick up my cat, which I did. I paid the bill and the receptionist handed over my cat. Towne North doesn't operate this way. They truly care about animals' well-being and comfort as well as the owner's satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Riley is AMAZING!!! I have never felt so welcomed and at ease at the vet before!! She got on the floor to examine my timid baby!! And hugged us when she was done!! Love that she has joined the practice!!

I love this place! Everybody there seems so happy! It's clean and spacious and easy to get to. Yancey, the vet tech, and Dr. Riley were amazing! Dr. Riley took the time to explain to me my cat's illness and the possible treatments and remedies. She is a wealth of information! I was very satisfied with my visit. This was my first time there but it shall not be my last!

Easy to schedule appointment. Greeted immediately and had only a short wait before going into exam room. Vet tech was very kind and thorough. Vet herself is amazing!! She answered all of my questions and gave detailed recommendations for concerns I had for my dog.

Absolutely loves this place . I took my cat bc he felt unwell and everyone there was super nice and welcoming. They gave me clear instructions and were very transparent with the pricing . Definitely recommend!!
