AMAZING experience. I needed to take my cat Phoebe because she was sneezing like crazy & wanted to make sure she was okay. From the moment I walked in, the front staff was so kind! Everyone was so kind. Dr. Mims is so informative and so nice! This my first time coming here & it is truly a great place. There is a reason this vet is highly rated! I brought my dog Bailey in today and had a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Dr. McLean, tech Karina, and receptionist Marlene for being so helpful and making the visit go smoothly. I left with all of my questions answered and learned more about my dogs anatomy! Dr.Mclean is very knowledgeable! If you’re looking for a place where your pet will be truly cared for, I highly recommend coming here and seeing Dr. McLean and her amazing team.

Took our fur baby Sadie to Thrive on Basse for a open wound on her stomach. Found out it was breast cancer. Took her to their other location on Broadway where they did surgery and removed her entire right side mammary chain. The Doctors and staff at both locations are excellent and very caring. Our baby Sadie is feeling so much better now. She's around 12 years old and she's acting like a kitten. Thank you so much for taking care of our baby.

1st experience, the service was great all the ladies were very friendly, the restroom was very clean and fresh. The attention to my baby girl lucky was the best, she fall in law with the assistant and the doctor, I loved the patient they had with me when I was reviewing the information with my husband and medications, overall I will came back. ❤️

The entire team was compassionate, professional, and attentive. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure our pet was comfortable throughout the visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they treat. They treated my pet like family and made a stressful situation so much easier. The doctor was patient, thorough, and incredibly kind. I’m so grateful to have found a place I trust with my pet’s care. Highly recommend!
