From start to finish, the team was kind, professional, and incredibly communicative. They took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all of my questions with patience and care. I really appreciated how they kept me informed before and after the procedure—it gave me such peace of mind knowing Kiki was in good hands. Kiki is recovering well and already back to his playful self. I’m so grateful to have found a vet I can trust. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for compassionate, quality care! I had made an appointment for Tuesday but when my cat took a turn for the worse, they managed to see her on Saturday, for which I'm extremely grateful. The Doctor was very frank and up front and my cat's outcome has been really good. Also it was very affordable and I couldn't be happier.
