10/10! I have had an amazing experience working with them! I called freaking out about my poor Snake and they got me in within a few days for the soonest appointment! My poor Ball Python, Odesa, had a respiratory infection and they were able to get her meds for it and got it cleared up easy! They also gave me tips and advice to better my environment for my Snake. One thing I LOVED about their staff is that every question I asked (no matter how silly) they never made me feel stupid when answering me. They were all so genuine and gentle and kind towards me and my baby. I will definitely continue coming here and will be bringing my cat and Corn Snake as well! (Added some pics of her from her appointment)

Dr. Sarah Miller is super informative and reassured the health of our very first dragon. Knowing that she has one of her own is even more assuring! She was also super gentle and caring as well as McKenzie when handling Spud. Jessica was also welcoming and courteous. We appreciated the quick follow up with additional care tips and resources. We brought our new puppy for his 1st visit. The staff was amazing. Dr Miller was amazing. She sat with us for an extended period of time, answered our endless list of questions. She helped us make informed decisions on vaccinations and diet. Helped relieve our concerns. I highly recommend this clinic if you want great compassionate care as opposed to just being sold a plan.

From the time you call to make an appointment, you are impressed! We went to get a second opinion and even though we were sad by our news, we really felt that we had missed out on 8 months of better care for a cat who is dying of cancer. The care from the clinician and Dr Miller was really what we needed. So kind and compassionate. We have found a new vet.

I love Dr. Miller and her staff. Everyone is so nice and even my nervous dog is pretty comfortable there. They do everything they can to keep everyone safe and comfortable. She took care of my rabbits years ago too. 10/10 love her practice!!
