Thank you all so much for taking care of my 2 pets that were sick this week. Marley is home and doing much better thanks to the care received by Deep Roots. Dr. Bernard took the time to explain everything in detail and how to move forward to have my pet healthy again. The whole team really cares and made me feel very grateful to have found this clinic. Great place to bring your pets. The staff were very understanding and accommodating towards both me and my dog. The vet was thorough in diagnosis and made the long and short term treatment options clear. This will be the place I bring all of my pets while I live in the area.

If I could give this place and their staff a million stars I would. Staff was PHENOMENAL! From the very beginning of the entire process with Emily in the front desk, to Scarlett the vet tech, all the way to Dr. Bernard. Emily dealt with my mother despite her limited English with nothing but patience and kindness.She tried her best to schedule us in multiple times despite their packed schedule to get us in ASAP. To Dr. Bernard giving a thorough exam to our dog, listing all of the options available to treat our dog, super informative, detailed, extremely kind and gentle with our suffering dog. To Scarlett, our fave, who went over our options once again because she saw how conflicted we were when it came to making our final decision. Scarlett treated our doggo to some sweet treats that definitely made him feel both happy and spoiled before parting. My mother and I feel like they all were angels sent to help us go through the process of our putting our beloved 14yr old husky down. They allowed us to be present through the entire process of putting our dog down, they waited on our entire family to arrive from Austin to be present, they never rushed us despite having a packed schedule, they comforted us multiple times and reassured us we were making the right decision. As a family, we cannot stress how meaningful their service was to us in a time of extreme pain and vulnerability. They were so compassionate with our Yuma and so gentle with him as if they had known him forever and never treated him like he was just another customer. Moving forward we cannot see ourselves going back to our previous vet who had been treating our dog for many years or any other place that is not here. They have made new customers for a lifetime and will definitely get our recommendation wherever we go.We can't thank them all enough, especially Scarlett.

I had to take our kitty, Marlene to an emergency vet and Deep Roots was recommended. They were able to get me in the same day and unfortunately, Mar was in really bad shape after being attacked by another animal. I ultimately had to put Marlene down. Dr. Guzman and his staff were so kind and thoughtful during this process. I also recently got a condolence card from them and it was signed by all of the staff. They have definitely shown me how a veterinarian office should be!

I took my 4, almost 5 month kitten in today for his first appointment since I have had him. Right from when I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and happy to be of assistance. The vet and vet tech were so dedicated in making sure my little guy was not uncomfortable or having a bad experience. He loved the tech and the vet so much! They were happy to answer all my questions, no matter how silly. They offered me some great resources as I am a bit of a helicopter parents with my pets. They gave him plenty of treats to keep him happy and comfortable, even when giving his vaccines. They are very reasonably priced. The attention and dedication to my pet was amazing and I am very happy to have found such a great place for my little guy! Highly recommend for your precious fur babies !!!
