Everyone is so always patient, friendly and attentive. On this day I was in the waiting area and a lady was checking out when her dog starting pooping all over the floor. She never offered or even attempted to clean it up which I felt was extremely rude and just left. However the ladies behind the front desk immediately went to get cleaning supplies and cleaned it up without complaint. I'm sure this happens often but I was impressed by their professionalism. I was clearly more bothered by it than they were. Anyway, I highly recommend Kyle Animal Hospital.

We had a good experience with our first visit at Kyle Animal Hospital. There was no wait time and the staff was friendly and helpful. Sadie had some pain and lethargy from getting her vaccines and when we called the clinic to make sure this was normal, we got a quick and reassuring answer from the vet tech that cared for Sadie.

Our fur baby, Clementine, needed an emergency spay and no one else could take her in. Not only could they get her in, but they got her in TODAY. The staff was so kind and empathetic stressing they would give her the best care. Lydia and Kristi were so helpful and kind as well. The tech, Barb, was incredible with listening to her medical history, giving information and showing care in our emergency situation. Everyone showed great care to our puppo too. Dr. Gupta saved her life today. He was extremely compassionate and great at the information he shared and clarified for us. Thank you to the staff here…you saved our baby!!!
