I came here for a wellness check and vaccinations for my kitten, the guy at the front was nice and he spent most of the time with me however my issue is the lack of time with the actual Vet. He came in and gave me bad advice and then left. He told me to ‘free feed’ my kitten. Which most people would know is not something you should do for an indoor cat, especially a kitten. He was also not very friendly he seemed very rushed like he was just wanting to get the appointment over with. In addition to that the entire exam was done with her in a separate room which is unlike any vet I’ve been to in past. The appointment took well over an hour because I had to wait a good 30+ minutes before anything was done. A service like this should be significantly cheaper. I wouldn’t suggest bringing any of your pets here.

I would 100% recommend this specific clinic in Kyle. I couldn't find an available appointment anywhere and felt like I was settling for a place that was available. I can now say with confidence that was one of the best vet appointments I've ever had and would be extremely happy to take any of my pets here again. I did not feel rushed in and out, they listened to me, took wonderful care of my puppy dog at such a reasonable cost and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan we came up with. I am so immensely grateful for their expertise, care and support.

It was very good and not stressful and I loved how well the staff was with my dog honey and the veterinary took good care of her . I will definitely be back!

My personal experience was very positive. The staff members were friendly, courteous and most importantly, showed genuine concern for my fur baby. I was a bit skeptical after reading the mixed reviews, however I am happy to share that I have no regrets. I intend to claim Vetco in Kyle as my choice of Vet care as long as the service remains consistent.

As college student it’s really hard to afford the vet. But the staff was super helpful and walked me through everything price wise and helped get to an amount that didn’t leave me broke. Super grateful to them and will definitely be continuing to come back. Thank you again!
