I am beyond disappointed/frustrated with my experience at Vetco. I took off work and paid over $400 for my cat's splint, only for it to fall off within 30 minutes. A splint that cannot even stay on long enough to get home is completely unacceptable. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service afterward. Vetco refused to even schedule a phone call to discuss the situation or explain my options moving forward. After spending hundreds of dollars, the absolute least I expected was the courtesy of a conversation. When you trust a vet with your pet's care, you expect competence and expertise. I was left with a pet whose treatment had failed almost immediately and a clinic that seemed unwilling to even discuss how to make it right. I cannot recommend Vetco based on this experience. The doctors are completely incompetent. If your pet is injured take them literally anywhere else.

I took Riley there for a checkup & his vaccinations. I was so pleased with everyone there! They all have great dispositions for us pet parents! Riley also approves, so I highly recommend! The prices are reasonable and comparable with low cost traveling pet clinics! On their website you can also get a coupon for free exam 1st time patients. Just register & they will email you the coupon when you schedule the visit I really can’t say enough about the Vet & her medical Asst! They are A++!

Our first time at this location and we loved it! Dr. Law was very patience and knowledgeable on treating my pup. She explained each step and gave us options for treatment. The staff there are also very friendly and helpful. We'll be seeing Dr. Law from now on. Thanks.

Great service and care. I appreciated the professionalism and kindness of Jasmine and Dr. Law. They were quick and knowledgeable in treating my Siamese. We came in for standard vaccines. I’ll definitely be back!
