Eduardo groomed my Border Collie’s hair perfectly! Lalo’s coat shines now after his bath and his nails along with his fur are trimmed neatly. In addition, they updated all of his annual vaccinations for a good price of $99 called dog pack premium. Lalo’s teeth look fresh and his ears are clean. Eduardo cleaned Lalo’s backside as well all for the price of $55 for his grooming fee. Thank you so much and we will be back next year!

I have been taking my pets there for a couple of years. I moved clear across town but continue to make the 1.5 drive. They have great service from the front desk to the doctors to the tech staff.

Where do I start? The place might not look super fancy, and they don’t take appointments — it’s all walk-ins, kind of like the county animal hospital. But if you can look past that, you’ll find a real hidden gem right here in Alief! They offer all kinds of vet care at prices that are actually affordable, and they truly care about your pets. I’m so thankful for the team here — they’ve been amazing every time I’ve brought my fur babies in.

Dr. Jose was amazing, he was very caring with my dog and I would definitely recommend him. In general, Alief Animal hospital has great pricing and the staff is great.

Exaggerated waiting hours. I waited for 4 hours to see the vet. I brought in my cat because he refused to eat solid food. The vet didnt even adress that issue. She claimed that my cat had fleas. When she came back for her suggestions and recommendations, my total came out to be $250, for issues that I didnt come into the clinic for. She reassured me that my cat had fleas and needed immediate treatment for it. Ondasteron was part of the treatment plan. (Injection for nausea). I told her I was going to address the flea issues on my own with over the counter products and that I only wanted the injection for nausea. Just to make her happy. Myself knowing that my cat doesnt have fleas. She confronted me and said that I had money to buy the injection for nausea but not for the flea treatment. I stated that I only wanted the injection for nausea. My request was denied. The vet demanded that I needed to treat the fleas first.She got very rude as I told her I was on a budget limit. She kept on insisting treatment for fleas. When my cat doesnt have fleas rest assured. Nothing was done for my cat at the end of the day .I was basically robbed the 35$ for the visit because nothing was even done. I wasted my time for hours just to get services denied. The way the vet treated me was very unprofessional. Come here if you want to wait for hours just to be seen. Prepare yourself financially because they are going to rip you off offering you services that in reality your pet might not actually even need. This place is a absolute joke.
