Horrible experience. They made us wait for like 4 hours to get our dog check and they were taking people that arrived after us and give them priority, and when you ask they tell you that they had appointments. Not to mention that we called before coming if we needed an appointment and were told that you don’t need one, and take wake ins. So if you can find a better vet DO NOT come here.

OMG this place has down has the best service. My little boy is such a reactive boy due to trauma he has experienced and they made it so easy for me and him. I am so grateful for the ladies who helped us make his shots happen and also the Doctor Who was not scared of a little barking. I really appreciate everyone who works here my first time and I think this is his new clinic 🩷🩷

They saved my dog‘s life. He had Heartworms and his skin was red, I found him on the side of the road and I fell in love. Once again, dogs prove that they are too good for humans. Some jerk abandoned my boy, but he’s mine now and he’s gonna stay with me forever. The prices here are completely reasonable, but this place is busy. If you have the time to wait, they do walk-ins, otherwise make an appointment This place is not an emergency vet, and although they do their best to help in some circumstances, I would recommend taking them to an emergency vet if it’s life-threatening. These people really do care, but they put up with a lot of rude people, of course, when your pet is hurting, you’re stressed out too. Affordable pet clinic is now almost an hour away from my house, yet I still drive here every time my dog needs to be seen The compassion and love they have for animals is unmatched These people do truly care about your pets. I’m so happy I found this place 10 stars if I could

They are always quick and attentive. We just got my dogs tumor removed and they did great - Affordable prices PLUS if any emergencies you can call and they do their best to get you in!

The actual male vet is kind and there’s one lady there who I think may be the manager who is kind which is the reason I did not put one star but the front desk people are very mean and lie on the phone saying you are never able to book an appointment because it is walk in only just to get you off the phone then when you come in for a walk in they will say it took so long because you walked in without appointment. You’ll wait literally hours when your appointment only takes 3 minutes it’s unbelievable. One star removed for the mean two front desk ladies and one star removed for giving false information on the phone. Whoever runs this place needs to review the calls and retrain front desk staff on customer service interactions because the actual vet that i seen should have better staff working under his name.
