Took care of my puppy that I am caring for as 2 owners have passed away leaving him. Poor baby had no fault in any of his care, but he needed shots, ill visit, antibiotics, and lots of love. We have been working for several months to care for him to make sure he could get healthy again on a limited budget. We all know we want to take our furry friends to the doctor, but scared about cost. VCA Ashford, staff and Dr. Montoya, took amazing care with him. All 84 lbs and big sharp teeth he came home happier and healthier. We knew nothing about the him other than he is a German shepherd with lots going on. Now we can say we know him inside & out as their CARE program helped us get shots, visit, blood work and xray, so we could know him and help him. This is amazing that it makes it possible I could care for him and give Baby a fighting chance. Thanks everyone

Our first and only pet has been attending this clinic since 2020. The attention, care, follow up and communication is excellent. I recently had an emergency due to my dog being attacked and bitten. They helped me through the process, took care of the clinical things and provided feedback through his recovery. I have met different technicians and vets here. They are all attentive and receptive. I feel very comfortable and cared for at this clinic

Been coming to this place for over a decade now. Love all the vets, but I choose to see Dr. Albers most. They do great work here.

Went in for a appointment just for 2 cats general check up plus cats had fleas we were in and out super quick the vet and i believe the vet nurse were super friendly and sweet towards our little guy and girl made sure they were safe and also comfortable. Pricing is fair

I've been looking for a new veterinarian more convenient to me... and after my first visit with VCA. I think I've found it! While it was pricier than I was expecting, after leaving I found it was worth every penny. The staff was incredibly kind and made me and my dogs feel comfortable, from scheduling our appointment to checking out. The rooms looked and smelled clean. The staff treated my dogs with the care and patience you hope to get at every vet clinic/hospital. Dr. Albers didn't make me feel like a "customer" and I never felt oversold on any treatments, she and the rest of the staff just focused on what my dogs came in for. Overall, it was a great experience and we definitely plan to return when needed.
