There are not words to describe how much I love this place and this team. Literally everyone who works here is incredible. I like chatting with all of them but most of all they take amazing care of my girl. She's now had two separate operations with them and will be having at least one more. (First was for bilateral luxating patellas, the second and third are total hip replacements due to hip dysplasia) Dr Beale is literally top of his field and somehow also the most humble and kind doctor I have ever worked with. He's performing highly specialized surgeries every day, travelling the world to teach other people how, and yet I also watched him rush to a client's car to help them load up their pet and carry their things. Genuinely the type of person with a "nobody's above sweeping the floors" mentality. He explains things so simply and clearly I never have any confusion or doubts about what's going to happen with my cat or how the process works. He's easy to ask questions to and you get clear, informative, layman's terms answers. I just cannot rave enough about this place. The women up front are so compassionate, smart, kind, and actually hilarious. They go the extra mile to help me with whatever crazy question I'm asking. If you have the misfortune of needing a joint specialist for your pet, at least that means you have the fortune of meeting this team and working with these people. They're incredible.

Thanks to their amazing surgeon we were able to save Lt.Dan’s leg. (2 other vets wanted to amputate) they have a great staff and customer service is top notch. I would definitely recommend when a specialist is needed.

Would highly recommend. Was quoted a price on surgery and even though it took longer than expected, the price didn't change. Saw the doctor one day and the puppy was in surgery the next day. The staff are all great, especially the main receptionist. It was such a complicated fracture, I'm sure many Vets would have just said "amputate".

The care provided to my dog and me! was, and still is, friendly, professional, warm, caring, patient, thorough. Also take precautions necessary for my dogs issues and quirks. What I appreciated most was kindness, compassion and level of care.

H-Town Vets have been incredible. My dog had a torn ACL and they were able to get me in for a consultation and surgery the next day. I was very worried as this was the first time I had ever been through this process. Brianna and Ariel were incredible about returning phone calls and helping to calm my nerves and answering questions. The entire staff makes you feel at ease and the doctors are amazing. They explain the entire process and let you know what to expect. I truly have felt like their only customer, even though I am far from it, based on their customer service and genuine care for my dog and I. If I could rate them higher then 5 stars I would.
