I have been taking my baby to thrive for almost 6 years now. I moved down from the DFW area about 3 years ago and was worried my experience wasn't going to be as good as the location up there. The location on Fountainview has more than exceeded my expectations. Not only am I always greeted warmly when Reese (my dog) and I walk in, but everyone there is so kind and welcoming. At Thrive they care about your babies just as much as you do. They want to get the best care at the best cost for you and will work with you to get the best price possible to care for your babies health and wellness. I would recommend Thrive to any pet parent I know.

Great experience as always. This has become my go to spot for the dogs. Good customer service and communication. A bit pricey but value is worth the level of care provided. Would suggest scheduling an appointment, not sure if they offer walk-ins or not but I tend to make my appointments in advance to ensure the fur babies are able to be seen. Cozy private rooms for the animals as you are consulting with the dr/ nurse. Comfortable front end area if you choose to be in the lobby. Plenty of parking for the location due to it being in a shared open retail plaza.

I can’t say enough good things about Thrive Fountainview. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me and my pet feel genuinely cared for. They were patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable—especially when my cat was anxious and hard to handle. They didn’t rush us, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic is spotless and welcoming, and the team goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable. I also appreciate how transparent they are about pricing and options. It’s rare to find a vet that combines professionalism with such warmth. If you’re looking for a place that treats your pet like family, this is it. Highly recommend!

I brought my dog, Chance, here and the entire staff was so kind and amazing. From the sweet young woman at the front desk to the vet herself and all of the nurses/vet techs. For once I did not feel like I was sitting around for hours waiting, they were on top of everything. Very thorough, very communicative, and answered all of my questions with patience. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going to this vet for my sweet Rottweiler named Bella for the 5 years she was with us. Bella loved this vet and would always run inside excited to see her caregivers. When she passed, the vets and office have been truly helpful during this difficult time. Dr. Long even took the time to talk about her sudden passing to help me process. If you are deciding to bring your pet to this office I cannot recommend them enough. They are so caring and loving to the animals they see. I can assure that your pets needs will be fulfilled and they will do everything they can to help your pets physically and help you emotionally through the ups and downs.
