I have been bringing my cat Kylo here for the last 4 years and every time we visit, it’s a great experience. Dr. Ahlquist is kind, knowledgeable, and always treats Kylo with great care. The costs are reasonable and wait time is low. The front desk is quick to respond and very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

$500 dollars later, no follow up for check up, didnt even see the vet at all, but my cat apparently received a check up. I think a vet should at least pop in for 2 min with the cost of services to let me know how my pet is doing. Maybe a call would be nice? Dropped off a stool sample yesterday and had two people walk past me moving a table without one word. Clinics are businesses and businesses are based of customer service. Maybe a "hello, we will be right with you." Or "hello, how can we help you today"? Instead of just letting a client stand there like an idiot with poop in their hand while you do not acknowledge them at all. Literally not even a smile or eye contact while walking back and forth. Paying for the bill was fine, but realizing i can get better service from a clinic that values my time and money that I spend on my pet really sat with me. Do you think that the money that we spend as pet owners is not worth trying to ensure with simple customer service that clients are being taken care of? Will be going to changing to another clinic. Dr Jennifer has been is good the last few years, but the overall experience has led me to inquire about better clinics in the area. May need to return the Cat Doctor in montrose.

Dr. Ahlquist is the best and was able to clear up my pitties skin issues after I had tried multiple other vets. All of the staff are amazing and very helpful. I drive all the way from Porter to this location so that is saying something! Thank yall for taking such great care of my boy!

We have to drive 30 minutes from our house to come to this vet but it is always worth it. They really care for my animals and the doctors go out of their way to listen to my concerns. All of the techs are patient with the animals and give good suggestions for care. We love this store!

We've been there 3 times now and I felt the doctor and staff all respected not just how my pup felt but also me as a concerned owner. They also allowed me to be present wherever possible and I really appreciate that because it made my pup relax a bit and put my mind at ease. Her fear of vets/handling seems to be waning slightly already. I think we've found the place for her to go without hesitation. We love the atmosphere AND the attitudes.
