I truly cannot say enough phenomenal things about the staff at Suburbia Animal Hospital and Dr. Henry. My English Bulldog needed entropion surgery due to an eye ulcer, along with a tail amputation, and they were incredible every step of the way. From pre-op to post-op, the entire team was supportive, communicative, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. The surgery was also affordable which helped us make the decision to go through with the surgery. I also want to specifically mention Jenny, who has always been incredibly responsive and helpful through email. I’m so thankful to say that his eye ulcer healed beautifully, and both his eye and tail amputation incisions healed extremely well. Knowing he was in such capable, compassionate hands made an overwhelming situation so much easier. We’re beyond grateful for this team.

I have been coming to Suburbia since I adopted my first puppy in 2009 and haven't had a single regret. Everyone there has been wonderful. You can tell that they care deeply about the animals in their care and their owner. I appreciate having a team I can trust with my four-legged babies.

My husband, Ginger and Me are so incredibly grateful for everything they have done. Their kindness, compassion, and professionalism truly mean the world to us. They were amazing every step of the way and took such wonderful care of Ginger. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in their capable and loving hands. We can’t thank them enough for all the care and support they provided. They truly are an exceptional team. I really want to thank to Dr. Feng and Jessica for being there for me and Ginger and for taking such a good care of him and for all the love they give him. They are the best. Now Ginger is finally back to normal and being such a happy kitty.❤️

I cannot give North Suburbia enough kudos. I drive almost an hour to see them for any needs or concerns for my Buddy Jabba.

Amazing place, the whole staff are genuine kind and lovely people. They take such good care of every pet going in and out of the facility, and actually take the time and extra steps to make sure everything is fixed/going well with your pet.
